Probably: Endometrial thickness greater than 8 mm during ovulation is associated with a higher pregnancy rate. Your follicle is 14 mm and you still have 2 to 4 days before ovulation. Repeat your ultrasound in a few days and see if the lining increases in thickness. Good Luck.
