You should see a competent ENT doctor to see if you have meniere's disease. You may have other inner ear or central nervous system disorders. You probably need an MRI of your head.

32yo female. Chronic dizziness and false sense of motion especially in closed big spaces (malls, supermarkets, etc). Blood tests normal. MRI Brain and Neck normal. ENT said no inner ear problem. Got prescribed betaserc for 3 weeks. Help?
10 months these head symptoms every second every day/night. Off balance, dizzy, lightheaded, impaired speech, head pain, swaying feeling, brain fog, involuntary eye movement, syncope (once) ENT say not vertigo. Meds no help. Bloodwork normal. Ideas?
