CONSULT: An internist. Substernal pain & shortness of breath is a dangerous combination (ofcourse depending on your age & other factors).

Varied Symptoms: Good evening; Don't believe all your symptoms are interrelated. Frequent urination and sternum pain may require examination by urologist. Light headed, shortness of breath and ears popping when swallowing may be stress related. Having experienced vertigo during a particularly stressful period in my life, as I dealt with my issues the stress lessened and the vertigo disappeared.

Internist evaluation: Need for a thorough evaluation by a generalist. However many of symptoms may be signs of stress, anxiety or just plain worry. Good luck.
