Vaginal odor ?'s: Sudden emergence of vaginal discharge "so strong others can smell it" may be due to a tampon which was not removed, and with sexual intercourse pushed up in the vagina and not retrievable . See your gyn physician for an exam, as if the preceding were true, significant risk of more severe infection is possible.
