Other tests?: Many things can cause a delayed or missed period, and your symptoms may resolve once you have your next cycle. Did doctor do any other tests such as ultrasound or other blood work to look for other possible causes? If you don't get a period soon, check another pregnancy test, and if negative call your doctor for more evaluation.
