Hgb 11.8 normal, MCV 79.8 low, MCH 25.4 low, MCHC 31.8 low, RDW 17.2 high. Taken daily: 40mg Omeprazole, 10mg warfarin, 65mg Iron (4 months). normal Colonoscopy 11/2020. What could cause this?
