32 yr, aa female. low: hgb, hmt, mch, mchc, mcv, vit d; normal: rbc, iron panel (except iron sat); high: rdw, plt count, retic. i've been on vit d (3 months) and prenatals (6 months). i received packed cells 4 months ago, now i'm back to square 1?

Most likely, this is iron deficiency anemia, which can also cause a mild of platelets. For degenerative diagnosis and treatment, you need to see a hematologist blood specialist
