Sorry: hi, no, you need to see a psychiatrist in person for evaluation, proper diagnosis and management, if you have a panic attack now you can go to your nearest ER. Good luck.

Maybe. I know: Health Tap is moving to offer such. Do a search for MD's that specialize in anxiety. There may be limitations for psychiatric meds, but inquire. A colleague suggested the concierge service.

Probably no effect: Panic attacks are from release of adrenaline when there is no need for flight or fight response. Meds may or may not help, but if you chill out for about 15 mins (when adrenaline will wear off), it will pass. Panic gets worse when you freak out and tell yourself it is never going to end which leads to continued re-release of adrenaline. Exposure therapy from a trained therapist is best medicine.

Not a written on ,: You can't get a prescription here, but the bst thing you can do for yourself while feeling incoming panic attack is to hold your breath as long as you can or breath into a paper bag, by doing this you increase your CO2 level in your blood, which has a calming effects on CNS, nervous system

There are: psychologists on Concierge who may better serve your needs. Panic attacks can be treated by either meds or with therapy depending upon the cause and other issues. Benzodiazepines and other controlled substances are not something we can prescribe through the service, and other meds may or may not be effective.

Panic Attacks: You can get a prescription from your Doctor. Any Doctor can prescribe this, but it is also advisable to consult with a psychologist to get help for this in addition to medication.
