Psychotherapy can be highly effective, and the results stay with you forever in terms of insight and skills gained. Supplements will not match this. However, as you wrote before -- people have used l-theanine, st. John's wort, passion flower, hops, kava, magnesium, 5-htp, etc. Effects vary by individual -- no "best.".
