Went to er after an prescription interaction that made.me fear a heart attack, which caused me to have a panic attack. ekgwas normal& bp went down before i left, but still bulging veins in l arm. is this bad?

Prominent veins: There is nothing to worry about. The bulging veins are probably from having your blood pressure checked repeatedly on that arm. It should resolve by tomorrow. If your arm hurts or is discolored or enlarged that is another matter and you should go back to the ER. But, if it just the veins that are prominent it is most likely from the blood pressure cuff checking you again and again.

Not bad: It's unfortunate that you had this reaction, but I doubt that anything bad will happen. Don't worry about the bulging veins unless they get much worse or painful. If you are worried about heart attacks please stop smoking.
