Cardiologist: Tall,peaked P waves can be a normal variant if the heart rate is accelerated. They can also be seen with pulmonary disease. A cardiologist who knows all your findings is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.

P pulmonale ?: It may be a non-specific benign finding best interpreted in the the clinical context. A peaked P-wave could be indicative of right atrial enlargement and may be seen in chronic pulmonary conditions such as COPD.

Assessment: We would need more information to comment on your question. It might be something stable or not - depending upon your symptoms, past medical or cardiac history. I see that you have had a handful of cardiac tests done - which might tell us the structural reason for your P wave being 3.5. If you are concerned - either consult with us or consult with your GP - so that we can look into it properly
