Right atrial large: A tall P wave (or peaked or 2.5 mm in height) in lead II is consistent with possible RAE. Right atrial enlargement. The gold standard diagnosis of RAE however would be echocardiogram or some other diagnostic test that visualises the heart, such as CT scan, MRI of heart, etc.
