I've recently gotten over a sinus infection. was on antibiotics. i now have a nasty smell in one nostril. will the flonase help?

Sinusitis: One usually does not need antibiotics for sinusitis, but the now nasty smell suggests that there may be residual infection in the sinus. Decongestants, nasal saline irrigation with a Neti-pot, and perhaps the nasal steroids may help. If this does not improve ASAP however would see an ENT doctor for evaluation.
