Had covid 6 weeks ago. smell and taste are still minimal. recently develop stuffed nose on right side and a metallic smell in my nose. could this be from covid, sinus infection or lpr reflux?

Smell and taste can take weeks/months/years to return. Metallic smell probably part of it. Stuffy nose maybe allergies or another viral infection.

I agree with Dr. Lentnek, It could potentially take weeks to months for recovery of senses of taste and smell. The metallic smell might be parosmia which is usually temporary & distorts odors. This may occur when recovering from lack of smell (anosmnia). Nasal congestion could be from many, many things.
