Abdominal pain: Appendicitis usually presents with nausea and vomiting, fever that worsens with progression, and the right lower quadrant pain may be worse with coughing. Your diagnosis seems reasonable, but if it worsens, you develop any other symptoms, etc., you should see a doctor and make sure.
