Vaginal bleeding: This strongly suggests a need for a pelvic exam. Please go and see a gynecologist and be evaluated. This may turn out to be a minor issue, but important to exclude more severe problems. Hope you stay well.

Microtrauma: You could be experiencing irritation to the tissues because of the dryness. Try a water soluble lubricant. Paraben free Astroglide is the one I recommend most often. Hope this helps.
