Cervicitis?: Spotting after sex often means inflammation of the cervix (cervicitis) or cervical ectopy, a common condition on birth control pills or other hormone contraception. It can be gonorrhea or chlamydia, but these would show up on standard STD tests. Sometimes a uterine problem. Keep working with your doctor; it should be possible to find an explanation and perhaps treatment, e.g. cervical cautery.
