A member asked:

What happens if nurse gives insulin and sugar to a patient with no diabetes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Insulin and sugar: I cannot imagine a nurse giving you both insulin and sugar. If you sugar is low you should not need or take insulin but should take something with sugar. If your sugar is high, insulin may be needed.
