Carry on: Lupus anticoagulant has a misleading name. Most people who have it don't have lupus, and it is more often associated with excessive clotting than insufficient clotting. It sounds like you're under a doctor's care now, and for some reason are on long-term anticoagulant therapy. Only advice: since many drugs have interaction with warfarin, always inform a prescribing doctor that you're taking it.
