See below: It is estimated that 30 to 50% of lupus patients will have antiphospholipid antibodies---these manifest in variety ways such as migraines, miscarriages, strokes, and clots. Your odds are significantly highly for clots to occur if you smoke, physically inactive such as after surgery, or have glomerulonephritis. However; clots can occur randomly as well.
