Briefly: Gestational sac defines intrauterine (non-ectopic) pregnancy, seeing one makes ectopic unlikely. Not impossible to have "one-in, one-out" but uncommon esp. if you didn't use fertility medicines. Yolk sac should be present at 6+ weeks, but if EGA is wrong it may be too early. Would need to see the scan and interview to say more, highly recommend talking with an OB doc in person. Best!

Not sure: it means it is not a normal pregnancy. it sounds like they are not sure if it is a type of miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. you will need close follow up to make sure. any severe pain would go to the ER just in case
