Beta hcg 3722,i am 5w5d pregnant and dr. didn't see any sac. does this mean 100% i am having ectopic pregnancy or there are chances of normal pregnant?

5 5/7: You should have a repeat ultrasound a week after your first. It may have been too early to really even see anything. Take a deep breathe and ask for a repeat scan.

Too early: It is too early to tell for sure. There is a small chance a gestational sac won't be seen until hcg quant is higher than 5000. I would recommend very close follow up with more labs in another 48 hours and an ultrasound. If you start having severe pain you should go right to their ER.
