Beta hcg 3722,i am 5w5d pregnant and dr. didn't see any sac. does this mean 100% i am having ectopic pregnancy or there are chances of normal pregnant?

5 5/7: You should have a repeat ultrasound a week after your first. It may have been too early to really even see anything. Take a deep breathe and ask for a repeat scan.

Too early: It is too early to tell for sure. There is a small chance a gestational sac won't be seen until hcg quant is higher than 5000. I would recommend very close follow up with more labs in another 48 hours and an ultrasound. If you start having severe pain you should go right to their ER.

My HCG rose from 119, to 185, to 304, and now to 893 over the course of one week. I am currently 4 weeks, 6 days. Does this seem normal for my HCG to increase later and not double right away? or does this mean ectopic pregnancy?
