Yes: Your blood pressures are not bad. I'm glad that you are exercising! As far as diet is concerned, I am not sure what diet you are doing to lower your blood pressure. I recommend the "DASH" diet for my hypertensive patients. There is a lot of info on the DASH plan, and it has been shown to be very effective in clinical trials! see dashdiet.org for full details.
