A member asked:

Could exercise alone with a bad diet make a difference?

Dr. Marc Neff answered

Exercise diet: A healthy lifestyle includes good dietary habits and good exercise habits. I have seen many unhealthy exercise fanatics. They consume a poor diet, but exercise off the excess calories. The problem is, they still have issues with vitamin deficiencies, protein deficiency, elevated cholesterol, and even diabetes. A good exercise routine goes hand and hand with a good diet to make a difference.
