Disclaimer

having weekly bouts of constipation, bloating, bad gas, lower abdomen pain. have a healthy diet, 2l of water every day and exercise. so frustrated :(?

You're trying!: It sounds like you are doing much of what you can do to manage what sounds like irritable bowel syndrome. If tests have been done and other conditions excluded, then it might be time to consider prescription medication to improve the motility function of your bowel. Make an appointment to discuss this with your primary care provider or consider seeing a gastroenterololgist. Good wishes:)

See GI: lactoe intolerance, IBS, guten intolerence are all possibilities.
