Pinkish stool after chronic constipation. what could this mean? at times almost looks like consistency of vomit.

Some type of blood: The color "pink" from the rectum strongly suggests blood of some sort. I presume that there could have been some straining trying to defecate when constipated. This could cause a tear or fissure in the anus, or tear of the rectal lining. The blood would be "pinkish" and have the consistency of vomit when mixed with normal mucus in bowel. This needs evaluation ...see your doctor.
