Obstruction: You may have had a diagnosis of diverticulitis at 22 but if you have had recurrent attacks, you may now have developped an obstruction from narrowing that occurs with healing. This is likely benign and if ibd, not uc but crohns dz. No matter what, this needs to be evaluated and i would recommend quickly. Any GI or colorectal could see this.
