Get treated: Sounds like you have some big cavities. See a dentist to have them examined and treated. If they are abscessed, it is only a matter of time before they become a big problem. They may not hurt now, but you are sitting on a ticking time bomb.

See a dentist asap!: You obviously need quite a bit of dental treatment. The longer you wait to be treated, the more it will cost you and the less chance you have to save your teeth. Most importantly, infections can lead to serious complications and even be life threatening. Don't be sorry you waited!

An. abscess is a virulent infection that can cause serious damage to other organ systems, even death. Lack of pain from infection or from impacted teeth is no indication of the seriousness of the infection. Please seek immediate evaluation/imaging/lab tests by a well trained General Dentist.
