Paxil (paroxetine) withdrawal: Paxil (paroxetine) withdrawal maybe difficult. You may want to take a longer time. I generally withdraw Paxil (paroxetine) 5 mg a month. Cross titrating slowly venlafaxine will help. If you have problems with side effects, then take more time. Serotonin syndrome is a dangerous adverse event, if you take two serotonin drugs. Talk with your doctor.
