Could be: Not taking a beta blocker will mean that you lose the decreasing heart rate effect of inderal (propranolol)

Well,...see your Dr.: You appear to have 2 things possible. The inderal, a Beta Blocker will help slow your heart rate (and can help with palpitations), so by missing doses the rate can rise and you can get palpitations. Anxiety, which you may be taking paxil (paroxetine) for, also causes palpitation s and can increase your heart rate, so that needs to be controlled and treated too. Have your Dr. help you get a sound plan of Tx.
