Think fungus: A dermatophyte (skin;loving fungus) can cause both athletes feet and nail fungus- which can present as you indicated. See your doctor for a proper diagnosis to rule out other medical and/or skin conditions. Good luck!

Fungus: It sounds probable that you may be dealing with fungus growing on your skin and under your toe nails. You will need the help of prescriptions for either topical or oral antifungal medication from your primary care provider to get rid of it completely. Best of luck!
