It is hard to tell what it is without a medical examination of your feet. Two thoughts come to mind. Athlete's foot caused by a skin fungus is a common condition especially if you live in hot/ humid climate of the sunbelt of USA. The change in color when you take a shower suggest a vascular cause( temperature related impaired blood circulation). I would suggest that you see your doctor(PCP/Dermato
