Foot care: Individuals with diabetes mellitus and/or on immunosuppressants need to be very cautious about sores and ulcers on their feet. Routine foot care is extremely important. Once an abnormality is noted i would not hesitate to seek medical attention to make sure this is not some type of infection that will get out of hand and result in tissue loss.
