Possibly: A stimulus of any sort can cause pain on a cracked tooth. If bending your head downwards causes such a stimulus, then that movement will cause some discomfort... again, it just may be something totally unrelated. See your dentist to be sure.

Not related: A cracked tooth or incomplete tooth fracture is a possible source of intermittent toothache. The pain that has a tingling or burning quality and pain still persists when bending your head down, it is possible that the source of your problem is not in your teeth. See a dentist for a differential diagnosis.
