TMJ "click" : I think the noise was from the TMJ disc displacement with reduction. However, your case is individual. Do not accept well-intended advice from friends or family. Discuss your problem with the person best able to effectively help you (your surgeon). Rec. Call your dentist/surgeon for post-op evaluation and treatment.
