Itching is complex: The most likely cause is dry skin and thus applying a moisturizer after bathing may be helpful. Itching caused by systemic diseases is more likely generalized than confined and your FBG is really not bad. Drug reaction is yet another consideration, but again the localized nature suggests otherwise. See dermatologist if not resolved.
