Acanthosis Nigricans: This could be acanthosis nigricans, which in your case, may be caused by Insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia. Usually you don't have symptoms, but sometimes it could be itchy. Have your doctor take a look at it to make the correct diagnosis. Good luck!
