Listen to your body: You need a life style change. See kelly mcgonigal's the will power instinct on you tube or her book to make a sustained life style change. Eat 6 small healthy meals with lots of colorful raw vegetables, a small amount of slow carbs like cooked quinoa, buckwheat, or amaranth (which should be soaked for 8 hour, and rinsed well before cooking), and beans, fish or high quality meat, and fruit.
