Hematoma with calciu: Probably had some bleeding around the bone, even a tiny crack, that is now calcifying, meaning it is depositing calcium like new bone. Might take months to go away.

Contusion/hematoma: Most likely a contusion of the bone or a hematoma or both. If unable to ambulate seek evaluation with imaging. Hopefully you have iced it, taken anti-inflammatories. If improving over a few days then good. If not improving then seek evaluation also.

Trauma: Its likely you have a large amount of muscle swelling or even a small blood collection. This is ok - rest and elevate your leg and place a cold pack on the area. It may take some days for the pain to heal. Reasons to see a doctor are an inability to walk or severe unrelenting pain. It should get better :)

Hematoma: The injury was a contusion and the swelling most likely indicated bleeding with the firm lump being a congealed clot of blood. If there is no further evidence of active bleeding, warm applications help to dissolve the blood clot. If a very hard lump persists and is painful, an incision and removal of it can be performed.

Hematoma: probably. A hematoma is a collection of blood that can form at the site of a trauma. This will eventually go away. The first aid for this is RICE. Rest the leg, Ice the swelling 20 min at a time, Compress the swelling with an ACE (compression) bandage Elevate your leg when possible (lie on couch with leg elevated on a pillow). If it's not getting better or hurts to put wt on your leg, see your MD

Softball Turned Hard: yeah, that's an area of thin skin and the bone is near the surface. you probably have a bone bruise and maybe even a "subperiostial hematoma" which just means it hurts and will take a while to go away. the effect of gravity will also work against you so elevating it a few times a day will help. topical ice may help, plus tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin or both. if getting worse in any way, get it checked out
