I've experienced weak leg symptoms/tightening around left knee/slight swelling above knee & above ankle from inner side also pain at the top of thigh from front.i have so slight pain if i press on swelling areas..this occured after i walk a lot.

Leg swelling: Swelling of knee and ankle that is associated with inner thigh pain would make me suspicious for a blood clot. You should be evaluated.
