Unlikely: Anything is possible, but you have been rather extensively evaluated and nothing significant found. Both your age and the negative endoscopys mitigate against the presence of a malignancy.

Doubtful: At 24yo and with a normal CT and endoscopy, the likelihood of cancer is highly unlikely. With all your normal testing, which is a good thing, your symptoms point to a mild case of probable Acid indigestion.
