If i had colonoscopy,ct scan of head &abdomen,upper gi,biopsy small intestine, cbc,all is clear, what are chances i have cancer? tired all the time!!!

Very low: Given your age and the extensive workup it's highly unlikely u have a malignancy. If your thyroid hasn't been checked then maybe consider talking to your doctor about a TSH? Also the medications your on (and often the disease they are treating) can cause fatigue. If you're overweight/snore consider sleep apnea as well.
