2 months ago i injured my meniscus.doc told me that i strained my meniscus feeling pain but now no more what should i do to heal it can i workout?

The "meniscus": is CARTILAGE and CANNOT be "strained"..Yoyr knee LIGAMENTS on the other hand are often strained with knee injuries!. REST and ICE and ANTI-INFLAMMATORY medications (eg OTC Ibuprofen) are usually prescribed for such pain. Do NOT workout until your Doctor clears you!

Knee Injury: if you have no pain now. You can let your body be your good. If you do some light exercise and the pain comes back,stop immediately and follow up with your orthopedist.
