So i went to get an mri done but the doc hasn't called to tell me the results he thinks its an meniscus tear or bone tumor the pain is so bad?

these are painful: Obviously you bear weight across your knee and it bends with every step do either of these conditions are going to be painful. Certainly they call for different treatments which your surgeon will explain to you.
