Fresh or frozen: Although it would be great if all produce was organic, it is not possible or not affordable. A diet with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, even if not organic, is still better than a high protein/high fat diet. Frozen foods are often as good as fresh. Some canned goods are OK. Read labels though,to make sure all the vitamins and fiber have have not been destroyed. This is really common
