How long after taking metronidazole should i still be having lower abdominal pains? they are not constant or very painfuly but mild and come often.

Metronidazole: This all depends upon why you are taking metronidazole, and whether it is the cause of your abdominal pains. If this has been prescribed by a doctor you should call and discuss this with them. Need far more info to provide you with advice. Hope this helps.
