Call Dr if persists: Is it possibly time for ovulation? (Usually that is 14 days after your last period began)- that can cause pain in the side where the egg comes out, which can last a day or so. Also possible to get an abscess in the tube/ovary area with a PID episode, which would show up on ultrasound. Scar tissue from inflammation is another possibility, or appendicitis. If persists or fever/nausea occur call Dr
