PID treatment?: If you had the pain at the time your BV was diagnosed and treatment prescribed, and if you had a pelvic exam, probably your doctor considered PID and wasn't concerned. If the pain has started since then, or if any doubt, contact the doctor treating you. Do not just ask for more treatment -- follow your doctor's advice about whether you need further exam or treatment. Good luck!
