Ask your doc if: you can take 5K IUs of D3, once daily. You can find it in the health food store. Your D3 is very low and this can raise it. Look for an optimal lab reading of between 50 & 80. That's what the D experts suggest. Peace and good health.

Take vitamin D3.: Your level of vitamin D needs to eve higher, above 30. Try a lower dose of vitamin D3, say 2000 IU daily, instead.
