A member asked:

I used to take vitamin d supplements without any problems, i didn't take it for long time, now i tried 1000iu one pill and it caused dizziness, weakness, abnormally slow and fast heartbeat, why does this happen?

Your symptoms are absolutely NOT due to vitamin D itself, but more likely due to the additives within the preparation you are using. See your doctor and evaluate your baseline cardiac and blood pressure situation, but prudence would suggest checking your vitamin D serum level.
